Gardner Properties III is a Plymouth, MN based real estate investment and management company with three apartment communities in the Minneapolis, MN area. We own and manage buildings with 17 units, 23 units and we have a 46 unit community. Ours are considered Class “C” Housing. Our goal is to provide affordable, clean housing to young, hard-working families throughout the area. We serve Crystal, Plymouth, New Hope as well as all of Anoka and Hennepin Counties.
